      I don't post my Polyvore ideas here often, but 

seeing as how this is dedicated to my mom for her 

birthday and Mother's Day, I thought I would let all 

of you in on the fun.

Spring

 Since Spring is here in full force and the weather, most days, is so beautiful it makes it next to impossible to go to work I thought I would do a few more DIYs that are very season related. So, stay tuned for more great ideas and be sure to check daily for the Tip Of The Day!

New to Owl Bee Hare

     Someone recently suggested that I try a "Tip of the Day". After about three seconds of considering the idea I decided to give it a go.

     To kick off this new adventure I am going to do a brief series on what to do with used coffee grounds; and if you are anything like me you have plenty.

Herb Garden

 This Boxwood Basil and Mint herb garden is a house warming gift for my sister. 

Want to make one of your own? To do so follow the steps below and enjoy!

Items:
Soil
Herbs
Mason Jars (quart sized are shown)
Small Stones

Optional:
Basket
Tags
Twine

      1.  Line the bottom of the jar with the stones. (This helps fight pooling of water in the soil.) 
      2. Fill about 2/3rds- 3/4ths of the way with soil depending the length of the roots. 
      3. Insert plant.
      4. Top with soil. 
      5. Water.  
      6. Place jars in a basket and add tags tied with twine; or anything else you wish to do to make it uniquely yours.

Christmas is coming... and that means glitter?

So, I know Thanksgiving is not even here yet, but when making things you have to start well in advance; and that means shopping. This year I wanted to do some cards with fake snow on them. After weeks of looking and giving up my sister called and told me I had to go to the store immediately, she had found something I just had to have. When I arrived there was a huge section of holiday colored glitter. I also found some other things as well. Without further ado here is a picture of things to come...
